Maruti Suzuki collaborated with Google to provide AI-enabled voice assistance at Auto Expo 2018 (being held in New Delhi) to engage the audience.
Google Assistant
Users can use Google Assistant will to access various kinds of information the expo, along with details about the Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) exhibit.
Users will have to call up their Assistant by saying “OK Google”, followed by “Go to Maruti Suzuki”. The Maruti Suzuki voice helper then starts a conversation in which users can request for information such as “What are the timings of Auto Expo?” The Assistant answers queries on the basic details of the Auto Expo, MSIL showcase of cars.
To access this, Users will need to have the Google Assistant installed on their Android device (available for version L and up) or on iPhone.
