Christmas industry matchmaking campaign brings together 300 senior and junior creatives internationally

Father Critmas as featured in the Christmas creative match making campaign

A Christmas campaign run by One Minute Briefs to matchmake creative directors with juniors looking to make their way in the industry has garnered 150 matches in total.

The #MerryCritmas campaign, which first began in 2016, was revived for a second year and saw 300 people sign up to help the potentially career changing drive.

Agencies involved include BBH, AMV BBDO, McCann, TBWA, Ogilvy, Wieden + Kennedy and many others. Creatives and juniors paired came from all around the world; including Dallas, Detroit, Birmingham, Amsterdam, The Nordics, New York, Munich and Toronto.

Nick Entwhistle, a creative at Trunk Agency and co-founder of One Minute Briefs, who led the campaign, commented: “I'm delighted to have been able to bring back the campaign for it's second year.

"Our Trunk team made an incredible film with Father Critmas, and it's great to see the impact #MerryCritmas has had in bringing festive joy to the creative industry all around the world. Big thanks to Asa, Alex, David and the OMBLES for their help in making this year's campaign bigger and better than ever.”

Another element of the campaign activity included the creation of a game featuring Father Critmas and his scathing reviews.
