As the agency world still seems to be shaking off the cobwebs from a well-deserved break, it’s likely time to get back to the business of helping brands reach the highest of heights with stellar work.

Then again, if you’ve been following and tweeting @AgencyQuotes, which shares the traditional nonsense speak of the advertising world, then chances are 2018 will bring more head-scratching thanks to the puzzling behavior of clients (now with 280 characters instead of 140!).

Before the break, we asked agency land to share their holiday @AgencyQuotes with us and there were a couple that were proclaimed the best of the best.

But that’s simply one glorious moment in time. Throughout the year, the inimitable Vikki Ross and Nick Entwistle have been keeping track of the most random, bizarre and uncomfortable things heard around the agency landscape — and we asked them to share their top five from last year, which you can see in the video above.

Sure, 2017 is in the rearview, but it’s never too late to learn from the best of the best — and what they say about how we work as an industry — as you careen into 2018 agency life.

Oh, and you can always add kindling to the fire that is the quizzical, bizarre and random at your agency by getting yourself right over to the fabulous @AgencyQuotes.
