Fresh from bamboozling audiences with high-brow washing machines, Samsung is falling back on more traditional Christmas fodder in the shape of a heart warming tale recounting the life of an apartment concierge whose only wish is to please.

Pulled out of the sack by Adam&EveDDB the charming minute-long film shows the culturally aware doorman dressing up the foyer solely to please its varied residents; including makeovers timed to coincide with Diwali, Hanukkah, Chinese New Year and Christmas.

Noah Bernard, European creative director at Samsung, said: “The spirit of generosity is something that unites us all, especially during the holiday season. Our integrated campaign celebrates this universal truth and shows no matter where you are from in the world, the act of giving at this time of year is something we can all relate to.”

Richard Brim, chief creative officer at adam&eveDDB, said: “The film tells a heart-warming story that celebrates the universal truth about giving and thinking about others during the holiday season.”

Designed to associate the brand with the concept of togetherness the multicultural push is set to Ella Fitzgerald’s ‘Give a Little, Get a Little’.
