Ovo Energy, an independent energy supplier with over 800,000 customers across the UK, has appointed Influence Digital as the brand’s social agency of record.

Founded in 2009 by entrepreneur Stephen Fitzpatrick, Ovo Energy has been recognised as uSwitch Energy Supplier of the Year and topped its category in the 2016 Which? energy customer satisfaction survey.

The appointment will see the agency work closely to evolve Ovo’s social media content and campaign strategy and, also, provide strategic guidance across digital and social.
