Return launches digital recruitment service

Return has launched a digital skills recruitment business, headed by Alison Livesey.

Manchester digital agency Return has branched into digital recruitment services for its clients.

The agency’s internal recruiter, Alison Livesey, has over a decade’s experience sourcing talent, after working in both agency and client-side recruitment, placing candidates in positions at all levels in a range of industries. A hugely successful recruiter, Alison has achieved a 100% probation pass rate for all candidates placed at Return.

Having a first-hand view of the needs of each delivery team at the agency means Alison understands what clients should be looking for in a candidate. Return’s combination of ecommerce and digital marketing specialists makes her well-placed to understand the full scope of challenges which can face a variety of roles, and the skills needed to deal with them.

Return is dedicated to promoting the digital talent pool. It works with STEM to help enhance learning around technology for young people and inspire them to go on to use those skills in their future careers.

Livesey said: “Recruitment has changed drastically over the last ten years; it’s now rare that I make hires through applications to job adverts. Talented staff are well looked after and rarely looking actively for new positions. For me, recruitment is about having a network to call upon for advice and referrals; I’m pleased to now be able to offer my expertise to other organisations to help build their own digital teams.”

Return specialise in roles across ecommerce and digital marketing, from SEO to CRO, PPC and paid social.
