Instagram adds Snapchat-style filters for live stories
Instagram has drawn inspiration from one of Snapchat's most popular features, unveiling its very own face filters for its ephemeral video and image-sharing service Instagram Stories.

As shown in the picture above, users can use face filters in live video by tapping the face icon in the bottom right corner before or during the broadcast. Users have access to sunglasses face filter which is available exclusively in live video for the next week
Instagram also added a 'Discard' feature which enables the users to share a replay to stories, or choose “Discard” it when the broadcast ends according to a blog post.
Instagram also introduced new stickers to mark the changing seasons around the world.
Facebook too introduced a Snapchat-style Stories service above its news feed and enabled public sharing.
