The Drum has partnered with social media analytics company Sysomos, to learn how brands are investing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it will impact the marketing agenda in the next five years.
Over 200 marketing professionals were surveyed to gain a deeper understanding of how marketers view AI, how actively they are investigating the use of AI, and whether the rise of AI will lead to job losses.
The survey findings are supplemented by contributions of Sysomos, which are included in the report.
