Greenlight Digital acquires long-term partner Yellow Digital to grow creative offering

Digital marketing agency, Greenlight Digital, has acquired long-term partner, Yellow Digital, aiming to expand and strengthen the agency’s design, build and video production capabilities to develop a full-suite creative department.

The acquisition has seen Greenlight Digital welcome a talented team of designers and developers, with Matt Garbutt, founder and former managing director of Yellow Digital, leading the team as creative director. Having partnered over the years to create assets for clients such as ghd, Superdry and Asics, this strategic move aims to mark greater ownership of the digital landscape.

The creative team will support the agency in providing a full end-to-end creative service that delivers daring strategies, which complements the team’s vision to develop creative briefs that are impactful, relevant and valuable for clients.

Garbutt said: “Greenlight has steered itself onto a path that nobody else even has a map to. The service offering, digital growth proposition and vision is utterly in tune with now and what’s next, an almost peerless combination.
