Herd was formed in October 2016 to bring together three sister public relations companies; N2N, Fuel Communications and Touch Creative under one roof.
Herd founder Jamie Verco, said: "As part of Publicis Communications, we have an outstanding opportunity to combine our strength in public relations and communications with one of the world's global creative leaders.
