In this role, Shelly will lead the development and execution of cohesive communications strategies for Coty’s largest consumer beauty brands, including Covergirl, Rimmel and Sally Hansen.
With over 20 years' industry experience, Shelly has developed integrated, data- and consumer-driven communications strategies to increase marketing effectiveness. She comes to Zenith from BBDO where she spent over a decade focused on growing global brands for organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Gillette.

In her new role, Shelly will focus on Coty’s largest brands across the color cosmetics, hair care and mass fragrance segments. Her responsibilities will include developing global communications strategies that will direct media efforts across all four regions of the world, working in alignment with Tamina Plum, Zenith global head of clients. A valued business partner and people manager, Shelly has a proven track record of fostering productive collaboration across teams, disciplines and geographies.

The combined Coty assignment for Zenith currently spans sixteen markets, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany and France.
