The entry deadline for The Drum’s Recruitment Business Awards has passed, but don’t worry – you can still submit your incredible talent, innovation and success within the industry.

Now in its 15th year, the awards are back to reward excellence in recruitment across business and creative and with that, a host of talented and experienced professionals will be on the judging panel including chairman Steve White of Calgary Communications, Chris Logue of Eden Scott, Euan McNair of Standard Life, Lisa Pearson of Chatter and Rae Ranasinghe of BT.

If you missed the deadline on Monday 26 June, you can still apply by requesting for an extension.

Each year the awards seek out the very best of the recruitment industry to reward them with such titles as: executive search and selection firm; consultant of the year; best candidate experience and best niche/specialist agency.

On what he expects to see from the entries, McNair said: “A candidate centric approach. It is something we often verbalise but to see it demonstrated in a way that enhances their experience and creates brand ambassadors.

"You see it with any product, a service or offering built around customer insight or feedback, to see that deployed in our sector and well would be great to see.”

Sponsors for this year's event include: Total Jobs, The Drum Jobs, TINT, The Drum RAR and The Drum Network.
