This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

Weetabix
Weetabix UK and Ireland has bolstered its team with the appointment of Claire Cantry as head of innovation.
Joining four years ago as senior brand manager, Cantry will now be responsible for delivering this year’s new product development plan, as well as heading up Weetabix’s five-year innovation and renovation pipeline.
Cantry replaces Paul Aikens, who stepped down from his role in May 2017.
McCann London
Sheryl Marjoram has joined McCann London as managing director.
Marjoram joins from Saatchi & Saatchi where she held the position of managing partner. She has over 20 years' industry experience.
Flamingo
Andy Davidson has been promoted from managing director to newly-created role chief strategy officer at Flamingo.
In the hope to develop Flamingo's future strategic offering, Davidson will continue to work with clients.
Futurice
Futurice has poached former easyJet chief information officer Trevor Didcock as its first UK non-executive director.
Tom McQueen, managing director of Futurice UK, said of the appointment: "Trevor brings extensive experience of delivering successful large-scale digital transformation at organisations such as easyJet and the AA."
Be Heard
Richard Costa-D'Sa has joined Be Heard as chief growth officer with immediate effect.
Having preciously held senior roles elsewhere, most recently global chief executive at Deep Focus, Costa-D'Sa will focus on growth from cross-group client projects with clients including Vodafone.

Publicis One Indonesia
Shailesh Iyer has joined Publicic One Indonesia as chief strategy officer.
With almost 15 years' experience and a large client portfolio including Ikea, Cadbury and HSBC, Iyer will oversea all agency brands in the region.
BBDO Inodnesia
BBDO Indonesia has bolstered its team with the appointment of two new creative directors.
Isai Martinez and Trina Martirez, both from the Phillippines, have joined to lead the art-based teams.
AdAsia Holdings
Vivian Yen has been appointed as vice-president, Taiwan, of AdAsia Holdings.
Having previously held a range of roles including general manager of MediaCom Taiwan and vice-president of ZenithOptimedia Taiwan, Yen will work to drive business growth both in Taiwan and oversees.

Mashable
Michael Branch has been appointed as east coast vice-president of sales.
In his new role, Branch will lead Mashable's sales team based in New York to connect the media outlet's audience with brand partners.
MCap
Andy Zonfrillo has been appointed as MCap as global head of trading.
Currently the global head of trading at Omnicom Media Group, Zonfrillo will be responsible for managing existing and future agency and client relationships while also working on global activity.
Gyro
Global B2B agency Gyro has hired Angela Kyle to take on the newly created role of head of new business development in the US.
She joins from Omnicom brand consultancy Wolff Olins, where she served as head of new business for North America. In her new role, she will be tasked with leading new business efforts, cross-network collaboration and partnerships for Gyro in the US.
Blackwood Seven
Blackwood Seven has strengthened its team with two new hires seeing Nick Stoltz and Stanlie Bellan join the agency.
With over a decade of experience, Stoltz joins as chief operating officer of North America. Meanwhile, Bellan brings more than 15 years of media and stategic planning experience from GroupM's MEC and Ogilvy to take the position of general maneger.
