Neo@Ogilvy’s Marion Tafoiry on personal growth and tackling industry challenges | Future stars of digital
The digital marketing industry needs to adapt to the consumer appetite for video, according to Neo@Ogilvy’s account manager Marion Tafoiry, in the third episode of the future stars of digital series.
“One of the biggest challenges digital advertising is facing is the [growth of] video content. It’s become massively popular and people want instant information, instant entertainment, and want to educate themselves online,” she says. “I think digital marketing really needs to adapt its ad format to video.”
Industry challenges aside, she speaks about how she has personally grown within the global digital marketing agency and become more confident in handling strategic projects, thanks to having a trusting manager.
“To be honest with you, with two years’ of experience in digital marketing, this is the first time I finally picture myself growing within the same agency” she says.
