Intermarketing acquired by Advantage Smollan

Advantage Smollan, the sales and marketing outsourcing specialist, has extended its footprint with the purchase of integrated creative agency Intermarketing for an undisclosed sum.

A joint holding company between Advantage Solutions and Global Smollan Holdings Advantage Smollan will take possession of Intermarketing’s global network of established offices in London, Leeds, Amsterdam and Sydney; bringing new capabilities in the fields of brand and retail campaigns, strategy, brand communications, data and insights, and content creation.

Tanya Domier, CEO of Advantage Solutions said: “Our expansion efforts are both geographic and capability-oriented. Intermarketing’s focus across consumer, shopper, and experiential marketing is similar to the service mix we have built our reputation around in the U.S. Bringing them on board strengthens our value proposition in Europe as well as our ability to service clients globally.”
