Kluin previously served as executive creative director at Deutsch, where he led creative for brands including Sherwin Williams, Green Giant and Shock Top. He replaces Pierre Lipton, who is leaving 360i after spending nearly three years as the agency’s top creative.

“I’m immensely proud of the entire team at 360i and all we’ve done together,” said Lipton in a statement. “I’d like to thank them for everything, and I wish them continued success.”

While at Deutsch, Kluin championed the creation of Krylon’s First Ever Pinterest Yard Sale, which won a Titanium Lion at Cannes. Before joining Deutsch, Kluin held creative roles at agencies including DDB, Y&R and Saatchi & Saatchi.

“Menno brings an impressive track record of creative success. He’s been widely praised for his proven ability to attract and nurture talent, and roll up his sleeves to make the work even better. We’re incredibly excited about the promise of what’s next,” said 360i chief executive Sarah Hofstetter in a statement.

360i works with brands including Oreo and Absolut.
