Nike unveils new England away kit with Marcus Rashford
Nike has unveiled England’s new away kit ahead of this week’s friendly with Germany.
The new kit will be launched on 22 March
The new blue kit is the first jersey launch since Nike extended its partnership with the Football Association (FA) at the end of 2016 in a deal which will run until 2030 and worth a reported £400m.
It was first unveiled by Manchester United forward and England international, Marcus Rashford, on his own Instagram and Twitter accounts.
The social media posts included a link to an article Rashford had written on the Players Tribune media platform which publishes sports news and first-person stories directly from athletes.
Excited to be part of the @england journey. Read my story so far on @PlayersTribune. Find out more https://t.co/jcGuBnqhY8 pic.twitter.com/ZEHrPufYPq

In his article Rashford discusses his relationship with the England team and the shirt – from the first time he was given a kit, to when he found out he had first been called up to the senior squad as well as his goal against Australia, Euro 2016 disappointment and the influence that Wayne Rooney has had throughout his career so far.
England will wear the new two tone kit in their friendly against Germany in Dortmund on 22 March, the same day as the kit will go on sale to the public.
