Insights from Parrot:

For the first time, a YouTube Red original series is number one in the top digital original series chart in the United States. Rhett & Link's Buddy System, from internet comedy duo consisting of Rhett McLaughlin and Lincoln "Link" Neal, is a comedy series with the first episode free to watch for YouTube viewers. The comedians have recently listed their influences which include the Flight of the Conchords; we suspect audiences the US over have resonated with this style of light comedy. Buddy System had 13% more demand than Netflix’s Santa Clarita Diet. Amazon’s The Man In The High Castle stayed in the same ranking compared to last week but still had 5% more demand than Netflix’s Orange Is The New Black.
