Ogilvy and Mather London has announced the addition of three new managing partners to help support it leadership team following the addition of Boots UK, Vodafone and Bulmers to its roster of clients.

Jon Tapper, M-L Robinson and Laura Le Roy bring with them a wealth of experience across an array of top brands and will report directly to chief executive Charlie Rudd.

Jon Tapper joins from BBH as managing partner/head of account management and will lead the new Vodafone account. While at BBH Tapper led the Barclays business and previously held senior positions at both Wieden & Kennedy & WCRS.

Laura Le Roy will oversee both Barclays and SC Johnson at O&M, having also worked previously for BBH in London across various Unilever brands, as well as Ogilvy Hong Kong where she helped launch the Dove ‘Real Beauty’ campaign throughout the Asia region.

M-L Robinson joins having recently spent time client side as head of brand for Boden and will oversee the BP account in her new role as managing partner for the agency.

The arrival of the three new partners follows on from a wider leadership overhaul which saw Charlie Rudd appointed as chief executive in January. He was accompanied by Kevin Chesters who took up the role of chief strategy officer, Mick Mahoney who was appointed chief creative officer and Clare Donald as chief production officer.
