Digital brand experience agency Hugo & Cat has recruited Tim Bax as associate creative director.
Formerly head of creative at iCrossing, Bax will join the agency focusing on creating and ensuring quality content across all campaigns. Bax will be leading a team of copywriters and content creators.
Bax’s expert storytelling skills and experience in short-form content formats will allow him to add narrative heft to a creative team, which is already strong in motion graphics and app development. Previously Bax spent three years as head of content at Proximity London, working extensively on the Royal Mail account which is now run by Hugo & Cat.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Tim to the agency,” says chief executive officer, Johannes Smith, “I know our clients will appreciate his expertise, which further strengthens our creative capabilities.”
Bax agrees “For me, Hugo & Cat presents one of the UK’s most dynamic offers - the combination of rapid innovation with customer-centred design is pretty unique.”
Hugo & Cat, founded in 2004, was acquired by FutureBrand in 2015 creating a ‘branding superstore’ for clients, adding digital marketing to brand creation, retail and hospitality design and product innovation from FutureBrand, UXUS and Speck Design.
