Former CDD founder and managing director Steve Radjen joins Lab

Steve Radjen bolsters digital agency Lab's offering by coming on board as client partner

Steve Radjen, the founder and former managing director of CDD, joins London based digital agency Lab as client partner. With extensive experience within the digital industry, Radjen will enhance Lab’s position in the UK.

Radjen is a successful entrepreneur who has actively helped to shape the digital industry over the past few decades, pushing the bounds of digital and technology. Having founded award winning agency CDD and led the business for 20 years, Radjen has worked with clients such as Bloc Eyewear, Flucamp, The IAM and TMD Friction, as well as being named among the BIMA 100 and being hand-picked to judge the 2016 DADI awards. As client partner at Lab, Radjen will strengthen Lab’s client services team and drive the agency to be more client centric.

Founder and managing director of Lab, Jonny Tooze, said: “We’re very excited to welcome Steve to Lab. He is well known in the industry and by his clients for being one of the most personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy guys around. Steve has always been a great friend of Lab and will bring with him a wealth of experience, contacts and relationships.”

Radjen, who will start working at Lab in March, commented on the appointment: “I have always admired Lab and what they have achieved over the last few years, in particular the introduction of neuroscience to the digital world - bringing real and digital life intelligence to the fore. I am excited to work with such a forward-thinking team and relish the opportunity of sharing this with our fantastic clients.”

Since the merger with Neuro Agency Ltd last year, Lab has grown significantly with a large increase in clients, staff and depth of expertise. As well as offering a full suite of digital services, Lab has built out a consultancy offering in areas including leadership, business, marketing, branding and digital. Radjen joining the company at this moment will steer the agency towards further success.
