Whosay adds marketing industry veteran Jim Speros to board of directors

Influencer marketing and media company Whosay has added marketing industry veteran Jim Speros to the its board of directors.

With his addition, Whosay gets a guiding voice with 40 years of experience at major brands, including Fidelity Investments and AT&T.

Over the course of eight years at Fidelity Investments, Speros served as chief creative officer, chief marketing officer and executive vice president, Corporate Communications. As chief marketing officer, Speros led the development of Fidelity’s award-winning “Green Line” campaign that drove triple-digit growth.

Whosay has created over 200 campaigns for Fortune 500 brands starring celebrities, influencers and tastemakers, with clients including Coke, McDonald’s, Google, AT&T, Chevrolet, Cigna, Principal and Comcast. Campaigns have featured celebrities and influencers from all categories including, Sofia Vergara, Alec Baldwin, Olivia Munn, Emma Roberts, Uzo Aduba, Winnie Harlow, DJ Khaled, Luke Bryan, Drew Scott and Manny the Frenchie. The company also works in partnership with BET.

Speros has also held senior roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Ernst & Young and AT&T, where he is credited with placing the very first web banner in 1994.

Speros has been recognized as MITX Digital Marketer of the Year, received a Cannes Gold Lion and has been inducted into the Advertising Hall of Achievement. He has served as chairman and executive board member of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) for the majority of his career.
