Hotel brands Novotel and Mercure have hired Doner London as their lead creative agency for the UK following a competitive pitch.

The brands worked with the consultancy team at the RAR to draw up the shortlist. Part of the AccorHotels brand portfolio, Novotel and Mercure have a network of over 100 hotels in the UK.

They have tasked Doner with the development of multi-channel creative campaigns spanning TV, content creation, social, digital and experiential. Mercure has also briefed Doner to bolster the customer experience and grow the brand across the UK.
