Tiger Woods ends speculation over his club choice after announcing partnership with TaylorMade
Tiger Woods has agreed an endorsement deal with TaylorMade golf clubs.

Woods is expected to use TaylorMade golf clubs at this week’s Farmers Insurance Open
The 14-time major champion teased an announcement on Twitter yesterday (24 January), leading to speculation that he may even be buying the company after being spotted testing the brand's clubs.

However, Woods has since revealed that he has agreed a sponsorship deal with the brand and will be using TaylorMade clubs as he presses ahead with his return to competitive golf.

Nike’s departure from the equipment side of the golf business has led to speculation around which brand of clubs Woods would use following his return after a 15 month absence. The equipment deal will see him use TaylorMade's metalwoods, irons and wedges.

Prior to competing at the Hero World Challenge in November, Woods had been spotted practicing with the same Nike irons and wedges he used at that Wyndham Championship in 2015, but had also been seen testing TaylorMade clubs.
The agreement with TaylorMade is the 40 year-old's latest sponsorship deal since his return and follows on from Monster Energy being named as his new bag sponsor.
