Following a period of consultation, The Scotts Miracle Gro Company, marketer of branded lawn and garden products, has appointed Gravity Thinking as their new social and digital communications agency.

Miracle Gro appoint Gravity Thinking to deliver 2017 growth

Responsible for the brand’s digital and social strategy and presence, the London based agency will be tasked with delivering engaging content and driving sales across all online platforms.

Gravity has been initially briefed to redesign and develop the existing UK website including strategy development, needs analysis and research, content auditing and planning across hero, hub and hygiene but also extending to social strategy and channel management.

In addition the extended remit over 2017 will include working alongside agency partner Kindred (PR) to develop an integrated campaign for Scott’s key products driving sales on and offline.

Jo Weston, digital marketing manager at The Scotts Miracle Gro Company explained: “Gravity Thinking really showed how they understood our brands, audiences and challenges for 2017, we’re very excited to have them on board.”

Andrew Roberts managing partner of Gravity Thinking added: “Scott’s Miracle-Gro’s commitment to helping people of all ages express themselves in their own piece of earth through outstanding products inspired us and we can’t wait to really establish the brand in the hearts and minds of the consumer.”

The win adds to the agency’s expanding portfolio that already includes Hyundai UK, Glenfiddich, Hendricks, Disney and Allianz Insurance.
