Dentsu Aegis Network firm iProspect has promoted Tom Cull to chief operating officer, recognising his performance as managing director of iProspect Manchester.

He is credited with coordinating four offices in the north and leading its programmatic stack.

The newly created COO role widens Cull’s remit to include the UK and Ireland, upon which he is tasked with overseeing the company’s structures and processes.

Stefan Bardega, chief executive of iProspect UK and Ireland, said: “Tom’s exceptional work expanding the Manchester business has helped establish iProspect as a true innovator in the digital-performance space. I am delighted he is stepping into the COO role at this exciting time – he will be instrumental in building out our operations across the UK and Ireland.”

Cull added: “I’m proud to be continuing my career at iProspect. We have fantastic talent and capabilities right across the UK and Ireland, which I’m excited to be able to connect up and drive greater value from, and I look forward to further developing our operations and infrastructure to ensure we remain leaders in our field.”

He will remain in Manchester, intermittently visiting the agency’s seven offices in the region. He answers directly to Stefan Bardega.
