Iris promotes key leadership in APAC after record year

She’s stepped into a role previously filled by Craig Mapleston, who has also been promoted to a new role of chief growth officer for the APAC region.

According to Iris, the chain of promotions follow a record year for the agency both in Singapore and globally. Iris said it was expanding the management team to be able to service clients and become a leading employer in the region.

Ian Millner, CEO of Iris, said: “Sorcha has had a profound impact on the agency in Singapore since joining – and has an incredible track record in CRM and management consulting but also, is bright, ambitious and motivated. I have no doubt she will follow on from Craig in continuing to grow an incredibly diverse and talented agency in Singapore.

“I believe iris is now starting to emerge as a genuine partner to help clients think and act in a much more progressive and innovative way at scale.... while staying close to the trends, insights and issues that affect their customers locally,” he added.

Concise in Singapore will now be led by Will Hanschell, who arrived in Singapore in 2015 alongside John. According to Iris, Hanschell has already started growing the team, hiring Eugene Yap from Burger King to lead its marketing analytics team and Hitesh Bhikabhai from Accenture to oversee its consulting practice.
