Real estate and rental marketplace Zillow has scored a major coup, getting the listing for the one and only North Pole home of Santa Claus himself.

Santa's home is now listed on Zillow.

Santa's home is now on Zillow.

Zillow’s Zestimate home valuation pegs the property – which it calls “one of the most valuable residential properties in the Arctic” – with a value of nearly $657,000. Zillow also forecasts Santa's home will appreciate 2.2% over the next year, which it said is in line with forecasted home value growth in the US.

According to Zillow, it was able to calculate this value using comparable homes in remote locations and by applying “a Santa premium.”

Calling it “a toy-lover's paradise,” Zillow said the log cabin structure has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and measures 2,500 square feet, which Zillow noted is about 1,000 square feet larger than the average US home. What’s more, it sits on a unique, 25 acre lot in the North Pole and boasts a river rock fireplace for roasting chestnuts, naturally, as well as a gourmet kitchen that includes an oven with 12 cookie settings and a wood-burning stove in one of the guest suites. The property also has a sleigh parking garage, stables that board eight live-in reindeer and a world-class toy workshop, the listing said.

According to Zillow, the home was constructed in the 1800s “of gorgeous old-growth timber logged on site, is steeped in Old World charm but offers modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 renovation.”

The listing also includes a photo gallery of the home and a video walkthrough.

“Santa's house is not for sale, but by claiming his home, Santa was able to update his home's facts and add photos, which can impact his Zestimate value,” a press release said.

"Santa's home in the North Pole is one of the most famous homes in the world, so we're thrilled it's now on Zillow," said Chief Marketing Officer Jeremy Wacksman in a statement. "Millions of kids are looking forward to a visit from Santa this year, and now they have the opportunity to virtually visit Santa's house themselves."

The listing also includes a link to the Official NORAD Santa Tracker.
