The videos, which will be hosted on Tumblr and Yahoo, will each be created by Fallon with the first one seeing a young boy getting his Christmas wish to decorate his elderly neighbours home for the season. With the help of Cadbury, the young boy and his friends transform his street, and said neighbours home, into a Christmas landing strip after they said they were “too old” to do it anymore.

Yahoo Storytellers' head of strategic solutions, Edward Desbois, said: “The build up to Christmas is one of our favourite times of year. We’re excited that we will be helping bring the festive fun to a much wider audience, creating excitement and anticipations up until the big day.”

After each video has launched, Yahoo Storytellers will remix the videos and create a variety of gifs to help support and increase engagement. The videos will also be accompanied by one of 24 sponsored articles that will be published across Yahoo’s editorial properties every day in the lead up to the Christmas Day.

As one of the staple chocolate brands around the house during the festive period, this is not the first time Cadbury has tried to use video to drum up engagement through video. In 2014, the brand made a short video with six celebrities, Fearne Cotton, Keith Lemon, Paddy McGuinness, Christine Bleakley, Phillip Schofield and Stephen Mulhern, each starring in their short Christmas videos trying to get into the festive spirit together.
