Leading fast-fashion retailer New Look is looking to boost its digital marketing activity in local markets and has appointed DAC Group to drive their online campaigns.

Founded in 1969, New Look, which is now owned by South African-based investment company Brait SA after being sold in May 2015 by founder Tom Singh, has made the appointment to ensure that the store’s development across its 1,000 store estate keeps pace with their increasingly mobile friendly consumers.

Mike Fantis, managing partner at DAC, added: “We are delighted to be working with New Look and giving the team visibility on local search performance and footfall trends for each store. As a business we are passionate about the power of ‘local’ and our ability to deliver genuine ROI.”

Sally Heath-Minto, ecommerce director at New Look, said: “With New Look’s increasingly mobile customer, local search allows us to capture demand at a local and personal level. Managing store changes internally and with all the different vendors can be difficult so DAC’s deep expertise, combined with their proprietary technology has brought a rigour and process to an area of our marketing that historically been challenging.”
