Omobono has won the Agency Grand Prix award while Rapp’s ‘My Local Mothercare’ campaign took home the Marketing Grand Prix at The Drum Network Awards, held at The Marriott Grosvenor Square in London last night (24 November).

Now in their eighth year, The Drum Network Awards recognise excellence in agencies across the UK, both in terms of how successful they are as marketing businesses in their own right and the quality of campaigns that they create for their clients.

400 people packed into the Marriott Grosvenor Square to see Forward3D crowned Digital Marketing Agency of the Year, S3 Advertising lift the Advertising Agency prize and Social Chain was named as Social Media Agency of the Year.

The coveted Chairman’s award went to Angela Conway of Orange Bus, while The Clearing picked up the award for Design/Branding Consultancy of the Year, Cirkle won PR Consultancy of the Year and Mercieca took the gong for Integrated Marketing Agency.

The first ever Create Britain Award - a movement launched in recent weeks by The Drum Network giving agencies the opportunity to promote and protect the UK's marketing services industry across Europe post Brexit - was awarded to Edinburgh-based video production company Heehaw, who were also Commended in the Video Production category.

Other winners on the night were Somersault, Brass, Nimbletank, Momentum Worldwide, Jackanory, Social Chain, The Specialist Works, Blueglass, LONDON Advertising and all winners can be viewed at The Drum Network Awards’ dedicated website.

The Drum Network Awards 2016 was sponsored by Agency Core, Chapter, Green Square, Pearlfinders, Rainmaker, The Drum’s Recommended Agency Register, Tint and The Drum Network’s own Agency Acceleration Mastermind Group.
