There was plenty of great conversation around gender disparity at this month’s 3% Conference in New York — and the theme, “What are you going to do about it?” rang true throughout.

The Drum caught up with some brand leaders to ask them what they are planning on doing, those micro-moments, to help improve the discussion and action around gender diversity in the industry.

Berta De Pablos Barbier, VP marketing at Mars North America; Daniela Province, senior copywriter at Adobe; David Shing, digital prophet at AOL; and Kelly Stam of Apple all shared what they are “going to do about it.”
