Rain-sodden, puddle-splashed cyclists have a new savior as 72andSunny Amsterdam rides to their rescue with a fetching line in waterproof onesies.

The waterproof gear has been termed ‘Raynsie’ and is being sold on its water repellant properties to protect Amsterdam’s army of cyclists from storms ahead.

Nic Owen, managing director of 72andSunny Amsterdam, commented: “Raynsie is a proof point of what 72andSunny is all about: optimistic, modern and culture-driven. Apart from vice and inclusivity, Amsterdam is famous for two things - its amazing bike culture and terrible weather. Like the locals, we thought we’d embrace both and meld them together to create an amazingly technical, yet super fun performance brand.”

Available in six colours the functional coverall features bold graphics inspired by Dutch food mythology including dips and ‘Hagelslag’ – sweet sprinkles applied to bread, for the princely sum of €299 - €350.
