iProspect hires Google's Joanna Catalano to head agency in APAC

Catalano will lead iProspect’s Asia Pacific business from January, joining from Google, where she was head of APAC Agency Business.

She directly takes over from Ruth Stubbs, who was promoted to lead iProspect globally, meaning the business will be led from Asia Pacific from a global management standpoint for the first time, as Stubbs continues to be Singapore-based.

Ruth Stubbs, global president of iProspect said: “I couldn’t be happier with Joanna joining our business to take the lead in Asia Pacific as I step into the global role. There is nobody better qualified to drive growth across the region. Joanna fully understands the markets, the performance landscape and our clients.

Today, iProspect are leaders in performance marketing and we are primed to continue, as we drive business performance for some of the biggest brands in the world. Joanna brings a depth of experience in business development across the performance marketing ecosystem but most importantly, she understands the emerging landscape, the challenges our clients are facing and how we are positioned to address them.”

Catalano will join the iProspect global leadership team, reporting into Stubbs, as well as working alongside leadership in APAC at a group level, including Dentsu Aegis Network CEO APAC, Nick Waters.
