Creative Work of the Week: GBK encourages burger fans to 'Vote Rump'

GBK’s rallying cry to ‘Vote Rump’ has clearly worked on The Drum readers as You Agency steals this week’s European Creative Work of the Week prize.

Created in response to the dozens of new UK burger joints, GBK is claiming its burgers are so good they could get votes as a party candidate for the US election.

Underpinned by the strapline ‘Vote Rump, our thickest burger ever’, You Agency has developed the creative idea further with payoff lines such as: ‘It’s a no-brainer’, ‘It’s really rich and incredibly cheesy’ and ‘It’s a bit of an arse’.

Loving the idea so much GBK has since revealed its going to market with a specially developed Rump Burger in 78 of its restaurants to support the campaign.
