Renowned in the world of customer service for its keynote speakers, thought leaders, case studies and peer networking opportunities, the CCA Global Convention is a must-attend for all senior executives tasked with developing their future customer service strategy.
This year’s program is focused on showcasing examples of digital, social and mobile excellence from across different sectors. Keynote speakers include EMEA’s vice president Matthew Poyiadgi, customer service director of Sky, Danielle Macleod, and Simon Separghan, managing director of global contact centres and digital channels at Barclays.
CCA Global’s chief executive officer, Anne Marie Forsyth, said: “With such a large volume of information to convey to delegates at the convention, and those in the industry who can’t be there in person, we need a strong digital strategy to ensure effective communication. We are delighted to partner with After Digital who are experts in their field and look forward to a successful event in November.”
David Johnstone, managing director at After Digital, said: “There’s a clear synergy between the two companies and our drive for excellence within our industries, so we were excited when CCA Global asked us to partner up with them for 2016 to support their digital presence and the delivery of this year’s event. We’ll be running a breakout session at the convention, using examples of the digital transformation work we’ve done in the customer service space, such as EDF Energy, and will be working with the CCA Global team in the lead up to the event to increase the reach of their communications.”
The two-day event will showcase innovators and thought leaders in several talks and breakout sessions and will round off with an awards dinner on the final evening, which will reward the achievements of individuals and companies throughout the industry. The recently announced shortlist features major international brands, including British Gas, O2, DVLA and Standard Life.
The CCA Annual Convention 2016 will take place at Hilton Hotel, on the 16th and 17th November, in Glasgow.
