Visit Wales appoints iCrossing as its digital agency

Visit Wales has appointed iCrossing to manage all its digital marketing activity for the next two years, following a competitive pitch.

The agency will provide integrated campaigns to promote Wales as a popular tourist destination and has also added ‘Trade and Invest’ to its account portfolio with the Welsh Government, tasked with attracting new businesses and investment to Wales.

Mark Iremonger, chief executive officer at iCrossing UK, said: "We have worked with Visit Wales for nearly a decade now and are delighted that our partnership continues. Our focus for the next two years will be on delivering a sophisticated program of integrated, data-led digital activity that packs a real creative punch."

Each year Visit Wales takes a themed approach to its marketing, to help maximise exposure for the country's tourism products – a strategy that has proven hugely successful. The iCrossing team will work collaboratively with multiple agencies to bring these themes to life for the Visit Wales audiences in the UK and abroad.
