e3, one of the UK’s largest independent agencies, has announced the launch of ‘The Experience Series’, three events taking place in November and December 2016 with partners Rackspace and Sitecore.

At each event, expert speakers will consider key aspects of the future customer experience - Artificial Experience (AX) Secure Experience (SX) and Content Experience (CX) - to enable brands to provide more seamless, immersive engagement for their target audiences.

Outlining the thinking behind the events, Gary Trimnell, technical director at e3, said: “According to recent research by Gartner, 89 per cent of marketers expect customer experience to be their primary differentiator by 2017. This is a compelling statistic, but what has actually changed to make this topic so crucial to brands now? And how, as marketers, can companies provide a better digital experience for their audiences than their competitors?”

The first event, focused on artificial intelligence, takes place on November 1 in London.

Nicola Hinds, head of strategy at e3, will share latest trends and applications looking at the best examples and talking through whether your company could benefit from some wisdom from the machines. She will be joined by key client partners and thought leaders in the field.

Hinds said: “The potential of AI and Chatbots has been much touted in 2016, but what can they do for your brand? Artificial Intelligence has a huge range of capabilities. At the upcoming morning thought leadership session, we’ll take a look at how we’ve used it to help brands fix problems thought never to have solutions, with a specific focus on our client work with IBM Watson.

“Similarly, Chatbots have been used effectively by some companies to speak directly to users without ever the brand ever actually speaking to them, but how do they fit into your overall marketing strategy?”

Hinds will be joined by Zoe Camper, head of digital at Arthritis Research UK, who’ll be sharing her experiences of IBM Watson.
