Chriswick, a multiple award-winning account planner, comes to DigitasLBi from DDB Worldwide, where he was Global Strategy Director, leading the international Mars account and the global rollout of the iconic “Taste the Rainbow” campaign for Skittles.

Chriswick will be based in Chicago, reporting to Jonathan Tatlow, SVP, Connections & Brand Experience Planning, but will also work with the San Francisco office.

“David has a proven track record of award winning work with a passion for insightful thinking and brave ideas. His expertise to inspire and create across a breadth of categories, makes him a perfect fit for DigitasLBi. We look forward to him continuing to set the bar ever-higher,” said Tatlow.

Chriswick’s international experience appealed to DigitasLBi. He was born and raised in Wales, started his career at Bates in London then moved to Australia working for McCann Erickson before joining DDB to work on Volkswagen, Pfizer, Unilever and PepsiCo, and Wrigley, which brought him to the US.

His creative-first approach led him to numerous awards, including 16 Cannes Lions and 2 D&AD. He received a Gold Media Lion and Cannes Effectiveness Lion for the McDonald's Australia Day 'Maccas' campaign in 2013, and Gold APG Creative Strategy Award for a men's health campaign in 2008. David's recent repositioning work for the American Cancer Society, involving the new Advantage Humans campaign, is currently shortlisted in the 2016 Jay Chiat Strategy Awards.

Chriswick is excited for his new opportunities at DigitasLBi.

“The concoction of in-house capabilities at DigitasLBi is mouthwatering for an account planner like myself. Transformative creative opportunities lie in so many places nowadays, so with these resources within arm’s reach, I’m very excited. DigitasLBi can become the future-proof agency model that more and more clients are realizing they need,” he stated.
