Arena Media lands £2 million media account for brewing giant Charles Wells

Brewer Charles Wells has appointed Arena Media to handle the media accounts for a number of its top brands as it strives to achieve a more integrated approach in reaching its target audience.

The Havas Media Group-owned agency will oversee the consolidated £2m media accounts for the Young’s cask and Bombardier brands, in addition to Estrella Damm UK business which it has been handling since 2012. The first campaigns for the brands will be due to launch in September.

Elliot Parkus, managing director at Arena Media said: “Charles Wells have some fantastic brands that we are excited to be able to work on, and we look forward to bringing our agent of change for growth positioning to life for them to produce innovative ideas grounded in consumer insight that deliver great business results”.

ZenithOptimedia was the incumbent on the accounts.
