Leveraging her 12 years of experience in the fast-paced movie marketing business, Lee’s experience includes media campaigns for blockbuster films including The Amazing Spiderman, 21 (and 22) Jump Street, and Seth Rogen’s The Interview.

“Erica’s experience within several of the largest media agencies has allowed her to help clients connect successfully with consumers, by understanding how they interact with today’s complex media landscape,” said Carter Weitz, chairman and chief creative officer for Bailey Lauerman. “We continue to find that really talented professionals that decide to make their way home to Nebraska see Bailey Lauerman as a place where they can continue to grow their career. We are exceptionally glad that Erica is one of them, and she has already made such an impact here."

Lee's work has been recognized with eight national awards, including 'AdWeek Integrated Media Campaign of the Year' for Think Like A Man and an IAB MIXX Award for Chappie and 22 Jump Street.

Prior to UM, Erica worked at Starcom and OMD, shaping media strategy and investment for CBS and Disney Pictures.
