In the new role she will be charged with ensuring the business' unique culture continues - which is defined as its unique process of connecting humans to business - and is referred to as UNO.

Martin is expected to bring extensive experience as a proven global human resources innovator and leader with over 20 years working in the industry including BBH, Interbrand, Ogilvy and TBWA. She most recently served as senior vice president of people and talent at the global agency 4A's.

“Our UNO culture is, has been and always will be vital to our great people. It is the unique soul of our global ideas shop," said Christoph Becker, CEO and CCO of Gyro. "We are fortunate to have attracted one of the very best HR professionals in the business, to help us reinforce our talent, cultural ambitions and leadership.”

Martin is tasked with attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry, amplifying Gyro’s global culture and enhancing the agency’s benefits and other employee offerings.

"I very much wanted to be a part of a place that does great work for their clients, but not before ensuring that the culture they do it in and the people they do it with are the best and most talented possible.," said Martin. "Helping continue to grow and strengthen Gyro’s UNO culture is a dream come true for an HR professional, and I look forward to getting started.”
