UK Top Shazamed Ads: Boots No7 ad bags first place thanks to Kaleo

The Drum's Shazam chart is based on the number of times each ad has been Shazamed over the past week using the music identification app.

Boots No7 has soared up nine places this week with the help of Icelandic Rock band Kaleo, knocking BBC Radio 1 off the top spot and out of the chart.

The rockers' track provides the score to the brand's 'Lift and Luminate' campaign, a spot which enjoys 52-year-old ballet dancer Alessandra Ferri dancing alongside a projection of her 19-year-old self - proving age doesn't have to stop you doing what you love.

Elsewhere, four new entries have made it into the chart. Fifa and Suzuki have claimed second and third place respectively thanks to British artists Dizee Rascal and Jax Jones, and coming in at number nine and 10 are online retailer PrettyLittleThing and British Gas.

Apple, which swooped into the chart last week with two ads, has been knocked out while Fiat and Nationwide dip down two places.
