Virgin Trains has appointed integrated agency Chapter to promote its train services on the east coast of the UK.

With Virgin Trains on the west coast already on the client list, Chapter has been tasked with implementing Virgin’s brand purpose and values for the east coast business.

Sara Borland, head of brand for Virgin Trains on the east coast, said: “Chapter demonstrated a great understanding of the Virgin brand and the specific task in hand for us. They presented an inspiring creative strategy that will bring our new purpose and values to life and help everyone release their inner Virginness.”

Juliette Keaveney, Chapter Head, commented: “This is an exciting time for Virgin Trains. A £21 million pound train refurbishment programme will create an incredible travel experience for east coast customers. But as always, it’ll be the Virgin team that delivers an amazing service. And we’re proud to play our part helping the team to inspire and motivate everyone.”

Chapter is part of the mission, an AIM-listed Group of integrated, multi-discipline and multi-sector Agencies that are specialists in marketing and communications activities.
