Retina Scottish International Photography Festival to celebrate career of David Boni
This year's Retina Scottish International Festival will feature advertising photographer David Boni's works as one of those who will be exhibited.
Boni, one of Scotland's most successful advertising photographer's, will see his work exhibited during the length of the festival alongside Dougie Wallace, Alma Haser, Kareem Black, Henni, Kayhan Jaffar-Shaggagi and Janeanne Gilchrist.
During his career, Boni has led photo shoots for brands such as Highland Spring, Scotrail, Manchester United, RBS, Wonderbra, Strongbow and HM Government, among many others.
"I have known David both personally and professionally for many years and have followed his career with great interest," commented Roddy McRae, chairman of Retina to The Drum.
"He is a extremely talented award winning Scottish based photographer who we have been seeking to exhibit at Retina since the festival was launched. I was delighted when he agreed to participate and really excited to see his exhibition during the festival."
The festival will run in Edinburgh over the course of five weeks across eight venues from 24 June.
