Morrison, who starts her new role this week, will provide practical solutions to brand challenges across the agency’s portfolio, reporting directly to Claire Holmes, head of strategy.

Her previous roles have included planning director at Haines McGregor where she developed the Jack Daniel's family of brands portfolio strategy for greater Europe and Africa. She was also integral to the 'So Much More to See' brand re-positioning for San Miguel across Western Europe.

Commenting on the appointment, Andy Hayes, managing director, said: “Sheila has an impressive track record and I am delighted to welcome her to Lambie-Nairn. Her industry experience is bound to make a significant impact on our expertise and agency offering.”

At the beginning of her career, Morrison worked at Ogilvy & Mather New York as a global planner, managing the Dove Bar account in both emerging and developed markets.
