Monster has appointed Dentsu Aegis-owned analytics consultancy Data2Decisions to help it improve its marketing effectiveness across Europe following a competitive pitch.
The move coincides with the recruitment brand's largest marketing push in more than seven years, with significant new campaigns poised to be launched in the UK, Germany, France and more.
Back in March, Monster selected Mcgarrybowen to handle its multi-million dollar pan-European creative account. The new promotional strategy will now be supported by Data2Decisions Total Attribution tool which will help inform Monster's marketing investment across 23 European markets.
As well as operating jobs sites like Monster.co.uk across the continent, the company also offers a range of digital solutions targeted at the recruitment sector.
The firm's head of insight and analytics for Europe said of the news: "We were seeking a partner who could give us a big picture view of how our marketing mix is working.
