Interpublic Group agency Golin makes senior digital appointments
Interpublic Group agency Golin has made three senior digital appointments to newly-created roles intended to help drive integrated solutions and meet client demand for digital content.
The appointments include Alex Michael as executive digital director, formerly of VCCP Kin, and Catherine Pryce as digital creative director. Golin’s former head of social media, Neil Kleiner, has moved into the position of head of social and content.
“Neil has been a driving force in our social strategy for nearly three years. As head of social & content he will strengthen our content marketing presence and develop integrated opportunities for clients,” said Golin managing director, Bibi Hilton.
Kleiner added: “We are delighted to welcome Catherine and Alex. Catherine brings a decade’s worth of creative experience to our integrated work and she will drive digital focus within the creative team. Alex is embedded in both our social and digital design & build practice; he will offer best-in-class strategic digital council to our clients.”
The agency now has digital and social creative content experts in the areas of animation, video, web design and build, social content experts and copywriters.
“Our ambition is to be the defining agency of the decade. The investment in these new digital roles marks another big evolutionary step for our 60 year old agency - from pure PR to integrated, industry-leading work that meets the needs of an increasingly complex communications landscape,” concluded Bibi.
