The thinkpeople family launches as part of a new agency restructure

whynot! thinkpeople, have launched The thinkpeople family; a group of individual agencies under the one brand. thinkpeople will be the head of the group, giving identity to the other individual agencies within The thinkpeople family.

Andy Agar, executive chairman of The thinkpeople family said: “The restructure was born out of a desire to reinforce the agencies ethos and key proposition of people first, brand second. We want both our own people and our clients to flourish and providing the right environment for both is our objective.”

The group will be made up by Forum, Focus, whynot!, Trigger and The Assembly. Each agency will specialize in different sectors, providing different specialisms.

The Forum thinkpeople will work with start-ups and will focus on retail marketing technology. Focus thinkpeople is the data agency, aiming to understand people and their behaviours through smart use of data, analytics and modelling. whynot! thinkpeople will be made up of creatives focusing on shopper marketing. Trigger thinkpeople will be the experiential marketing agency. The Assembly thinkpeople will focus on event production.

Andy Agar commented on the restructure of the group: 'I am very excited about the creation of The thinkpeople family agencies.
