Virgin Atlantic has chosen Weber Shandwick as the airline’s new retained agency for UK consumer PR and social media, following a competitive pitch process managed by CreativeBrief. Weber Shandwick’s brief will include strategy and creative development for PR, and social campaigns to support the new brand positioning.

LinkedIn has appointed We Are Social to handle a social media project for the website in the UK following a competitive pitch. The pitch was run by Creativebrief.

WWF, the world's leading independent conservation organisation, is to work with experiential agency BEcause to deliver a major campaign this summer, highlighting the plight of wild tigers. The campaign will see BEcause support WWF’s work to protect tigers by raising awareness and encouraging donations through a series of live brand experiences.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has moved its customer relationship management (CRM) into Lida, which already handles the banking group’s direct marketing and CRM for its Private Banking arm. It will now also handle strategy, creative direction and content for all one-to-one communications across the business. It will also handle the CRM strategy and major creative work for RBS, NatWest, Coutts and Ulster Bank. Lida replaces CHI & Partners’ direct arm Rapier.

Taylors of Harrogate, the owner of the Yorkshire Tea brand, has appointed Lucky Generals as its new ad agency following a competitive pitch brokered by ISBA against WCRS and Wieden & Kennedy London. Lucky Generals takes over from incumbent BMB, which held the business since 2008 and did not repitch.

Bordeaux Wines has reappointed isobel as its creative global agency for the next three years following an international tender. The appointment follows isobel’s recent work with the wine brand on its campaign ‘The more you look, the more you discover’. isobel won Bordeaux Wine’s UK account in 2010 and subsequently picked up the global account in 2013, when Bordeaux decided to appoint a single agency for their global business.

Nintendo UK has awarded its media planning and buying account to the7stars following a competitive pitch. The7stars will start work on the account immediately, taking over from incumbent MEC. The agency will focus initially on Nintendo’s summer activity including the Yo-Kai Watch games for Nintendo's 3DS console.

Phillips 66, the international integrated energy company, has awarded Brand & Deliver a three-year contract to provide marketing services to its UK business. The brief includes design, artwork and print services for point of sale material, filming and photographic services, branded collateral and online support for the company’s websites and social channels.

British luxury brand Clive Christian has appointed Huge as its digital agency, and will also be utilising the agency’s creative expertise to develop future campaigns for new product launches. The appointment was made without a formal pitch process and is effective immediately.

Huge’s first task will be to overhaul the brand’s digital presence for its Fragrance business, including the redesign and build of its online platforms as well as the creation and launch of a dedicated ecommerce site, due to go live in the summer of 2016. Huge’s overarching objective will be to help grow the Clive Christian brand across both Interiors and Fragrance in key markets, broadening its audience while maintaining the brand’s luxury credentials.

MDsave, the world’s first online healthcare marketplace, has partnered with creative agency, Cutwater. Cutwater, as MDsave’s first lead creative agency, will work to develop the brand’s positioning and identity to strengthen the communication between the company’s patients, providers, employers and payers. The new work for MDsave will launch this summer. Cutwater will also be handling creative development and media buying for MDsave, straddling the worlds of branding, creative and media to lead customer acquisition for the brand.

Purity Brewing Company has appointed HeyHuman to partner with them to work on their brand strategy and integrated communications, following a pitch. Purity has tasked HeyHuman, an agency that specialises in connecting with people through understanding relationships, behaviors and brains, to further establish Purity as a ‘beer for the people.’

Geelong based private health insurer GMHBA has appointed Grey, Melbourne to handle its brand and retail advertising following a competitive pitch. The appointment comes as GMHBA transitions its traditional health insurance business model into a broader healthcare offering. The first major campaign from Grey is due in market at the end of the year.

Gotogate, the low-price travel company, has chosen Manchester-based conversion rate optimisation (CRO) provider, User Conversion, to help improve and grow its online business. Gotogate has appointed User Conversion to create and manage a sixth-month optimisation program and strategy to help educate its in-house team and boost conversion rates and overall online experience.

Genting Hong Kong’s Dream Cruises, the first-ever Asian luxury cruise line, has chosen Leo Burnett China to launch the cruise line after a competitive pitch in March against 4 other internationally renowned agencies. Leo Burnett will support the Dream Cruises marketing communication strategy with their creative solutions.

Guardian Health And Beauty Malaysia has appointed BBDO as its creative agency for all Guardian Malaysia’s marketing campaigns starting August 2016 for a period of 2 years. Part of the Dairy Farm International Group, the Guardian brand is the largest health, beauty and personal care chain in Malaysia operating over 430 stores nationwide.

Comparison site GoBear has chosen Havas Media as its media agency in Asia Pacific following a competitive pitch. The appointment will see Havas Media International, the agency’s international media planning and buying arm, handle GoBear’s offline and online strategy as well as its media planning and buying duties across seven markets including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Dentsu Singapore, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, has achieved double wins from Land Transport Authority (LTA) and National Environment Agency (NEA).

LTA has retained Dentsu for the Graciousness campaign, following a two-year collaboration. The agency will continue work on the strategic communications and media planning for the next phase of the campaign. The campaign will also be supported by Dentsu Singapore’s sister agency – Dentsu Mobius Media (DM2), with its digital and media expertise.

NEA has appointed the agency to undertake the communications strategy for 2016 Clean and Green Singapore campaign.
